She specializes in empowering her clients by teaching them tools to manage any kind of unstable mental state from anxiety to depression to anger, and grief. Her clients report a sense of relief as Jessica guides them to see the root cause of their problem. Her work spans from helping drug addicts to those with relationship issues to mood disorders to grief. She also offers professional trainings for psychotherapists and Ayurvedic practitioners. She attributes her knowledge to her teacher, Dr. Satyanarayana Dasa, the pioneer of Vedic Psychology, who taught her how to apply the concepts to her own mind before she helped any client. Today Dr. Dasa and Jessica blend Vedic and Western psychology, teaching people around the world in workshops about how to understand, control, and ultimately transcend their mind. Anusha Sehgal Parivallal BAMS, MD (Ayu) is an Ayurvedic physician from the Boston area, who journeyed to India in 1998 to study Ayurveda. She has a masters in Ayurvedic pharmaceutics and has done an academic fellowship at Boston University focused on integrative medicine.

Dr. Anusha has taught the principles as well as the practice of Ayurveda to medical students, researchers and general health seekers both in India and the US. Apart from her passion for teaching, she has also been involved in a few controversial research projects regarding Ayurveda which resulted in revision of quality and standards of Ayurvedic medicine worldwide. She has extensive personal research in movement for healing and has been teaching and counseling since 1998. She is the director of Soma Yoga & Ayurveda, a teaching, training and healing resource that specializes in yoga for the individual through Somatic practice, Ayurvedic principles and hands on healing. In addition to her private practice she is a contributing faculty member for the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism, Mount Sinai Medical College and ISHTA Yoga. Dominic Tambuzzo, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Bodyworker. Dominic discovered the healing art and science of Ayurveda (System of alternative healthcare and healing) during his travels in India in 2011. There he obtained an Ayurveda Massage Therapist (AMT) certification at the Ayuskama Institute of Ayurveda in Dharamsala. He has since continued to broaden his skills, acquiring various other Ayurveda Bodywork certifications and techniques in North America, notably at the Kripalu School of Ayurveda.

Fascinated by the richness and depth behind the 5000 year- old holistic discipline, Dominic recently completed a 500 hour certification as an Ayurveda Practitioner and Lifestyle Consultant (Naturotherapy) and offers private consultations by appointment.
