As Directress of the Anahata Center and practitioner, the focus is to connect individuals with teachings that support in a self healing process- through Ayurveda methodologies (consultations and classes), Massage Therapy, Reiki, Yoga (includes pranayama and meditation) and Drumming. Pamela is a member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and actively volunteers time to serve on the NAMA committees.

Jessica Richmond, LMHC, is a psychotherapist and Vedic Psychology Consultant. Jessica studies people's behavior and their mind. She specializes in empowering her clients by teaching them tools to manage any kind of unstable mental state from anxiety to depression to anger, and grief. Her clients report a sense of relief as Jessica guides them to see the root cause of their problem. Her work spans from helping drug addicts to those with relationship issues to mood disorders to grief. She also offers professional trainings for psychotherapists and Ayurvedic practitioners. She attributes her knowledge to her teacher, Dr. Satyanarayana Dasa, the pioneer of Vedic Psychology, who taught her how to apply the concepts to her own mind before she helped any client. Today Dr. Dasa and Jessica blend Vedic and Western psychology, teaching people around the world in workshops about how to understand, control, and ultimately transcend their mind.
Anusha Sehgal Parivallal BAMS, MD (Ayu) is an Ayurvedic physician from the Boston area, who journeyed to India in 1998 to study Ayurveda. She has a masters in Ayurvedic pharmaceutics and has done an academic fellowship at Boston University focused on integrative medicine.
Dr. Anusha has taught the principles as well as the practice of Ayurveda to medical students, researchers and general health seekers both in India and the US. Apart from her passion for teaching, she has also been involved in a few controversial research projects regarding Ayurveda which resulted in revision of quality and standards of Ayurvedic medicine worldwide. Dr. Anusha has also worked with Osher Center of Integrative Medicine, Boston; BMC Department of Integrative Medicine, Boston; Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO, India; Madras Diabetes Research Foundation (MDRF), India; and L'Oreal Research and Innovation, India. She is also a member of National Ayurvedic Medical Association and an National Accreditation Board for Hospital (NABH) assessor for Ayurveda hospitals in India.
